Hello,

I’m a Colombian-American audio producer and writer. I most recently produced the Modern Love podcast with the New York Times. I’ve also created multiple narrative podcasts series for Gimlet Media and others.

I have experience as a general-assignment reporter with North Country Public Radio in Canton, NY where I occasionally return to help co-host their morning news show, Northern Light.

I got my start in audio production as a fill-in producer on NPR’s Weekend Edition and Morning Edition in Washington D.C.

I learned how to write and tell radio stories at Salt Institute for Documentary Studies in Portland, Maine. I took what I learned to New Orleans in 2007 where I produced arts features for WWOZ New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Foundation and wrote for Edible New Orleans.

I’m currently working on a memoir about mental illness, family and immigration. I live in Brooklyn, NY.

If you’re here because you’ve taken one of my yoga classes, go here to see my teaching schedule at the community collective, Held Space. All classes are open to all-levels and are pay-what-you-wish.
